Product overview
Our single-layer cast film and sheet extrusion lines are equipped with chill roll attachments featuring roll diameters up to 145 mm and roll widths up to 400 mm. Standard chill roll attachments provide pneumatic lay-on of the top roll against the center roll. Each roll can be individually tempered with water or, optionally, oil heating. A motorized tilting mechanism enables positioning of the roll stack in horizontal or vertical orientation.

Heavy-duty variant
The heavy-duty chill roll attachments are designed with 145 mm roll diameters and heavy-duty hydraulic lay-on for both lower and upper rolls against the center roll. These units are available for roll widths up to 400 mm. Each roll includes individual water tempering or oil heating. The assembly incorporates a motorized tilting mechanism for horizontal or vertical placement and is supplied with individual servo motor drives for each roll.
