Product Description
The F50 Series trackball module is a high specification human interface device designed to operate in extremely demanding environments where reliability and robustness are essential. The module is supplied with three integrated switches providing conventional left, middle and right button functionality; switch number and position can be customised if required. The aluminium construction offers high impact strength, electrical shielding and enhanced environmental protection. High-grade stainless steel shafts and bearings ensure precise pointer control. The module incorporates Cursor Controls Ltd patent-protected anti-vibration technology to reject unintended ball motion from shocks and vibration. Configurable top-plate styles allow selection of ball tracking force and optional illumination for low-light environments. The unit is intended for front-of-panel mounting as part of rugged keyboards or consoles.
