Product overview
Utilizing a Generation II infrared optical tracking engine, the X38 contact-less trackball provides accurate cursor control at all speeds on virtually any ball. The solid-state sensing design (no internal moving sensing parts) supports consistent performance with minimal maintenance. A removable top ring is fitted as standard to allow cleaning, decontamination and sterilisation, enabling reliable operation in harsh or sterile environments. The X38 is designed for back-of-panel mounting in OEM keyboards and control consoles and is available with multiple electrical outputs, tracking force options and sealing up to IP68.
