Product overviewThe ASC TS-92V5 is a biaxial MEMS capacitive tilt sensor with a quasi-differential analog voltage output. It delivers ultra-fine resolution and stable long-term performance, making it suitable for condition monitoring and structural health monitoring in industrial environments.
TechnologyThe ASC TS series uses MEMS capacitive technology. Integrated electronics provide a quasi-differential analog output (±2 V full-scale) and a wide supply range (6 to 40 VDC). The TS-92V5 offers resolution < 0.005° and long-term stability with scale-factor drift ±300 ppm and bias drift ±0.009°.
HousingStainless steel housing with protection class IP68. The sensor includes an integrated cable; length and connector type are configurable to suit installation requirements.
ApplicationsWell adapted for condition and structural health monitoring tasks such as:
- Detection of tower sway
- Track alignment and axle alignment
- Compensation and leveling of truck chassis
- Angular positioning of machine tools
