After in-depth communication with our customer, U-TRSM design engineers designed and developed a new spur gear slewing drive device. This slewing drive device has excellent technical performance, superior safety, reliability and applicability, and performs well in complex scenarios such as load, torque and high precision.
First of all, slewing drive system, as an efficient way of transferring mechanical motion, is widely used in industrial production lines, construction sites, transportation equipment and other fields. The system has been designed with peak load and torque requirements in mind, the max load is up to 6500KN, while the torque reaches 1700KNm, further demonstrating its stability in high-precision situations.
The design technique of double gear input is a key aspect to enhance the performance of the slewing drive system. By introducing a dual axis counter-rotating gear design, it not only effectively transmits torque, but also ensures the system accuracy. This design allows the system to perform well in complex scenarios of load, torque and high accuracy, and can be optimised in actual operation.
It is worth mentioning that this system has a very high safety factor and is designed with full consideration of safety in extreme environments including but not limited to gravitational acceleration, temperature changes, and liquid pressure and other factors. In addition, the full protection design not only ensures the stability and reliability of the system, but also significantly improves the operational stability of the equipment under extreme conditions through internal oil lubrication technology.
