This slewing drive integrates multiple applications and is used on the base of large-scale automation equipment. After continuous communication and discussion with the customer, the design engineers of U-TRSM have developed this slewing drive through their unremitting efforts.
Because the housing is integrated with the base, it can withstand high loads, torques and tilting moments through finite element simulation and analysis. The diversified integrated design integrates some functions of the base into the housing, which can allow the customer’s other mechanical parts to be directly installed, save installation space, reduce the error caused by excessive coordination, save costs, and save the customer’s installation and debugging time. This slewing drive is specially designed to achieve a max speed of 50rpm, and during customer use, the U-TRSM tracks the entire process, and customer feedback is good.
