The slewing drives are responsible for driving the four-station worktables to rotate. After the worktables stop for a period of time at each station, they will automatically rotate to the next station, and so on. When the tables rotate, there are large eccentric loads, large torques are required to rotate the tables smoothly. However, on the customer’s equipment, the locations for installing the slewing drives are very limited, especially the hole center diameters of the fixing bolts are limited to very narrow ranges. We design this type of slewing drives according to the customer’s mounting hole center diameter requirements. The outer ring mounting holes of this type of slewing drives are very close to the inner rings, and the teeth of the outer rings are very close to the outside. We use helical teeth and heightened design. These not only satisfy the customer’s installation requirements, but also increase the tooth loads, so that the slewing drives meet the customer’s high torque requirements. They are geared slewing drives that are small in size but capable of carrying large loads. We also provide customers with high-torque planetary reducers, customers use with servo motors and they give us feedback that slewing drives are very good to use.
