Worm gear slewing drive WZ-Ⅳ-O-1010

This slewing drive is used in low-temperature environments on plateaus with high loads and high torque, in environments of -40-50°C, and requires high accuracy. The slewing bearing in the slewing drive needs to be fully ground to ensure that the dimensions are accurate, the surface is free of any scratches, and the parts are protected during processing and handling. This slewing drive output torque up to 230kNm, holding torque up to 1400kNm, load up to 350t, return clearance ≤ 0.05 °. In order to ensure the overall air tightness of the slewing drive, we use high quality silicone rubber seals. The design engineers of U-TRSM developed this slewing drive according to the customer’s usage requirements.
