Unique Transmission Equipment (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. designed a high torque, high precision worm gear worm shaft slewing drive for the customer, which is used on large-scale automated packaging machinery. Our customer required a slewing drive with a large load, smooth operation and accurate return clearance. Our design engineers designed this slewing drive based on the working conditions provided by the customer. Our slewing drive used a large module to ensure the output torque, and the slewing ring was ground to ensure the wear resistance of the groove and the end face runout. Our negative clearance design made the slewing drive rotate smoothly. The worm was made of special materials, and the worm tooth surface was quenched and ground to improve the wear resistance of the tooth surface and meshing accuracy.
