external gear slewing drives are used for special vehicles and the slewing drives are often wet with water, so the customer pays special attention to the waterproof performance of the slewing drives. For this purpose, U-TRSM has added O-rings to the positions where the slewing drives may enter the water to prevent the slewing drives from entering the water. The customer uses 24V DC gear motors to drive the slewing drives to rotate, the output speed is 2 rpm, U-TRSM is responsible for supporting the geared motors for customers. The geared motors also adopt waterproof design, the outside of the motors is wrapped with waterproof rubber covers, which increase the waterproof performance of the motors. After finishing the assembly inspection for the slewing drives, we carried out water spray tests on slewing drives: the motors drive the slewing drives to rotate normally, spray water directly onto the working spur gear slewing drives and continue to spray for 30 minutes. Then wipe off the water on the surface of the slewing drives, remove the slewing bearings of the slewing drives and check whether the slewing bearings and the inside of the housings have water. After carefully inspection, no water inflow was found, indicating that the slewing drives have the ability of water resistance. U-TRSM often conducts various experiments and tests to verify the rationality of the slewing drive design and performance. Through experiments and tests can directly explain whether the slewing drives can meet the requirements of customers. We also continue to summarize and learn through experiments and tests and continuously accumulate experience to better serve customers.
