spur gear slewing drive is used for automation equipment. They are external gear type slewing drives, which are driven by gear motors to rotate. The gear motors are not in the form of flange output. The mounting surface of the gear motors and output bearings are distributed at 90 degrees. Due to space limitation, the flange steps cannot be used for positioning and the flange height must be reduced. In order to reduce the flange height, we have adopted a special design to minimize the flange height to meet the customer’s requirements. According to the particularity of the customer’s gear motors, after discussing the assembly sequence and cooperation relationship with the customer, according to the discussion results, we have formulated a reasonable processing technology to ensure that the spur gear slewing drives can be smoothly installed and used in the customer’s factory. The processing, assembly and debugging were very smooth, and the 3 sets of spur gear slewing drives were packaged and sent to the customer’s factory after passing the inspection.
