Our customers have high requirements for rotational accuracy and slewing drive stability, and they need to adapt abnormal gearboxes on top of the mounting flange interface. According to customers’ working conditions, the engineers of Unique Transmission designed this S-I-O-0311 light load spur gear slewing drive, in which the slewing bearing is designed in accordance with 0 clearance, end face runout ≤ 0.03, tooth surface quenching, tooth grinding treatment, the accuracy of the teeth reaches grade 6, which greatly reduces the return clearance of the slewing drive and makes the indexing of the customers more accurate. The design of 0 clearance and the processing of grinding teeth ensure the stability of the customers’ use and improve the overall service life of the slewing drive.
