According to the customers’ requirements, we recommended S-III-O-0455 gear type slewing drives. We choose appropriate parameters to design the slewing drives, which can meet high speed (limited speed of 80 rpm), and can also run smoothly under vertical installation conditions. The output torque of this heavy duty slewing drive is large enough to handle the dynamic torque of the equipment and the impact load of the teeth. For the anticorrosion of the housings, we adopt the processes of phosphating, spraying epoxy zinc-rich paint, and spraying polyurethane topcoat. The housings after spraying can be used in severe corrosive environments. After the products are delivered to the user, they work non-stop for eight hours a day. After half a year of use, after-sales follow-up feedback, all parts of the slewing drive perform well without exception.
