with large size gear motor used on special equipment, the customer uses the slewing drive to drive the turntable to rotate at a fixed angle, the turntable is designed with a limiting device, as long as the slewing drive can rotate stably, the teeth only need to be sturdy and durable, and the torque can be transmitted. According to the customer’s size and torque requirements, we designed this S-I-O-0300 gear type slewing drive for the customer. First of all, our design meets the customer’s installation size requirements for the slewing drive, and also takes into account the customer’s gear motor adaptation requirements. The external dimensions of the customer’s gear motor are relatively large, and when the motor is adapted to the input end of the slewing drive, it is easy to interfere with the inner ring installation hole of the slewing drive, causing some trouble for the customer’s installation and use. We adopted the design concept of increasing the center distance to keep the motor away from the inner diameter of the slewing drive, which can solve the problem of interference without increasing costs.
