Compact slewing drive

The micro internal gear slewing drive with module 2 is used in the rotary device, occasionally turning 90°, installation space is very limited, requiring small volume, the axial load is very large when working, the small-sized slewing drive designed and produced by Unique Transmission cannot meet the requirements of customers. Therefore, after detailed communication between the engineer and the customer, the final decision to retain the customer’s original supporting method unchanged, design gear, inner gear ring, matching hydraulic motor, motor support, and other parts for customer, installed them on the customer’s original equipment to achieve the customer’s desired action. The design of the entire device is very compact, there are only 1-2mm avoiding clearance between some parts. This requires special attention to the interference between the components during design and processing. When the trial assembly is completed, we found that all components are perfectly matched and achieved the expected effect, through hard work, Unique Transmission once again helped customers solve their problems.
