The customer needs large size, large gear ratio and light load slewing drives. According to the customer’s request, we recommended the S-I-O-0941 spur gear slewing drives to customer. These are light load series spur gear slewing drive products, suitable for customers’ low load conditions. Small module, in the case of a certain diameter, the smaller the module, the more the number of teeth, the pinion is the same, the module is small and the gear ratio is large, the large gear ratio is suitable for the customer’s low speed. The diameter of the rotation center is 941mm, which meets the needs of customers for stable support and rotation of large-sized workpieces. The connection form of the customer’s reducer is very special, the step is dented and the output shaft of the reducer is protected in the connecting flange. According to the customer’s reducer, we have designed the lug boss type step and the heightened gear, so that the customer’s reducer can be directly connected to the input end of the slewing drive. Such a design causes trouble for packaging and transportation. We specially made spacers to cushion the protruding gears of the slewing drive to ensure that the slewing drives are not damaged during transportation.
