After the housings processed, overall phosphating treatments are carried out. After phosphating, made powder coating to ensure that the slewing drive housings have high corrosion resistance. The slewing bearings have 0 clearance and their runout values are 0.03mm. The teeth are ground after quenching. The customers require the overall slewing bearings to be treated with manganese phosphating. In order to ensure the accuracies of the finished products, we have adopted special processes to ensure the accuracies of the slewing bearings after phosphating treatment. The customers’ machines are used in low temperature environment. According to the customers’ low temperature requirements, we use low temperature resistant rubber seals, reinforced spacers and Mobil SHC220 low temperature grease. U-TRSM has gone through repeated discussions when designing solutions for customers, considering all the details as much as possible to ensure that the products can meet the requirements of customers. Through the efforts of the team, the production was finally successfully completed and the precision slewing drives produced by U-TRSM have been exported to foreign countries.
