The customer fixes the slewing drives through the bolt holes on the side of the housings, the outer rings of the slewing drives drive the rotating part of the equipment to rotate. The use environment is dusty and the slewing drive is required to have dustproof performance. According to customer’s requirements, we designed this product to connect the slewing drive through the side bolt holes, after finishing the solution design, U-TRSM conducted a simulated force experiment on similar products in the workshop. We load the slewing drives to the customer’s use load, let the housing side support all the loads at three points, measure the deformation of the housings and verify the rationality of the design through experiments. Through the analysis of the experimental data, the results show that the design of the three point support on the side fully meets the requirements of the customer. In order to improve the safety factor, we have optimized the design of the housing, which improves the overall strength of the product and is more conducive to processing and production.
