Slewing drive

Slewing drive system assembly for reciprocating motion mounted vertically U-TRSM designed a slewing drive for customer that could provide reciprocating motion on a flat surface. Through continuous communication with the customer about the design, we simplified the components and designed a more reasonable layout based on the initial design. In order to meet the precision requirements of the slewing drive, we have deep machining for each component, high precision design for slewing bearing, and more advanced finished product assembly process to achieve synchronized output of the two cranks at the output end. The high precision slewing bearing can provide 80r/min, making the crank reciprocating up to 80 times per minute. This slewing drive has been delivered to customers and has received good feedback, and is more suitable for various working conditions.
