The input end gears adopt involute splines with high precision and good reliability to transmit torque, which ensure stability and reliability during reciprocating motion. We have discussed with customers in detail for installation, positioning and assembly sequence of the input end reducers, according to the discussion results, the relevant dimensions of the slewing drives are reasonably designed to ensure the smooth assembly and debugging of the customers’ equipment. U-TRSM strictly controls the quality after formulating the process. The test results of the finished products are clearance ≤ 0, end face runout ≤ 0.03mm, teeth backlash ≤ 0.10mm. The slewing drives rotate flexibly and without abnormal noise.
