These slewing drives output speeds are 60 rpm, which require high rotary precision and need to meet the work requirements of emergency start and emergency stop. According to customer requirements, we recommended S-II-O-0941 precision spur gear slewing drives to customers. The slewing bearings have used zero clearance designs, flexible rotations, small starting torque and tooth grinding after quenching. Such design requirements can ensure the high speed and smooth operation of the slewing drives. In the production processes, the tooth runout values of the slewing bearings are controlled within 0.05mm, the tooth runout values of the pinions are controlled within 0.03mm. Guaranteeing the tooth runout is the premise of guaranteeing the tooth backlash. After the processes are completed, the assembly and debugging are equally important. The precision products need to undergo repeated debugging and testing until the products meet the customers’ requirements. In the production process of the slewing drive, all parts are processed according to the requirements. If the assembly and debugging are not done well, a good product cannot be made.
