zero clearance gear type slewing drives are used in automation equipment. The customers’ equipment are relatively long, they do not want excessive vertical shaking when using them. According to the working conditions of the equipment and the sizes of the bases and flanges, the engineers of the Unique Transmission recommended customers to use the slewing drives code S-II-O-0541. This code sizes are suitable, with teeth of module 6, the output torque is sufficient for use and the medium load fully meets the customers’ requirements. After the selection is completed, the next step is to meet the customers’ requirement for small shaking in the vertical direction. We recommended customers to use zero-clearance slewing bearings, which can minimize vertical shaking. Through communication with customers, they recognized our proposal, the selection of the slewing drive was completed and requirements clear and the only thing left was to turn the products on the drawing into real products. U-TRSM completed products required by customers in a very short period of time. The products passed the factory inspection, zero clearance, small runout, flexible rotation and fully met customers’ requirements. The customers installed our slewing drives and debugged their machines and they have good feedback on our products.
