The Excelitas TPiS 1T 1256 L5.5 DigiPile sensor integrates a thermopile sensing element with an internal ADC for amplification and digital conversion, packaged in a TO-5 style housing with an integrated lens.

In line with Excelitas' focus on innovation and digitization, the TPiS 1T 1256 L5.5 DigiPile provides a thermopile with a digital 17-bit output and benefits from patented ISOthermal performance. The digital data stream includes the thermopile signal followed by a measurement from an internal temperature reference diode, reducing susceptibility to electrical disturbance and simplifying system integration.
