OverviewExcelitas' PYQ 1548 is a quad-element low-power pyroelectric motion sensor in the DigiPyro family. Designed for battery-operated devices, it operates from a 1.8 V supply and targets extended remote motion detection with minimal current draw.
DetailsThe PYQ 1548 supports a 1.8 V supply voltage and ultra-low standby current. A configurable wake-up/sleep feature reduces system-level power consumption and extends battery life. The detector offers selectable band-pass filtering and a pulse-counting option. Element sizes include standard 1 × 1 mm² with an option for smaller 0.8 × 0.8 mm² elements for compact lenses and shorter detection ranges.
