Excelitas TPD 1T 0623 and TPD 1T 0625 thermopile detectors incorporate high-sensitivity sensing chips for general-purpose thermometry. Two housing styles (TO-46 and TO-5) and different optical window options are available. Both versions include an internal thermistor for temperature compensation.

Details
The TPD 1T series is engineered for high output signal level and includes an internal thermistor that provides a temperature reference for thermopile compensation. Housings offered: TO-46 (with square window) and TO-5 (metal housing). Standard IR windows are supplied, with optional narrow-band pass filter windows for gas monitoring and selective wavelength detection.
