OverviewThe PYS 3428 is a dual‑channel, single‑element pyrodetector designed for narrow‑band NDIR gas measurement applications. It integrates two thermally compensated sensing elements in a single TO‑5 metal housing, each optically coupled to its own filter window and individual output.
Thermal compensation is achieved via an adjacent blinded element. Typical configurations use one channel as the measurement channel and the second as a reference (G20 reference window often provided). The device is optimized for CO2 detection and related gas sensing tasks where narrow‑band filtering is required.
