Product description
The Excelitas TPiD 1T 0226 L5.5 thermopile detector with integrated optics includes an internal lens that focuses thermal radiation onto the sensitive chip to improve signal collection. The device incorporates Excelitas' patented ISOthermal performance feature and an internal thermistor for temperature reference and thermopile temperature compensation.
