Thermopile infrared sensor TPiD 1T 0224

Overview
Excelitas TPiD 1T 0224 and TPiD 1T 0624 are thermopile detectors in TO-39 housings designed for non-contact temperature measurement and pyrometry. The devices incorporate a small round optical window that also acts as the aperture and benefit from Excelitas' patented ISOthermal design for enhanced thermal-shock resistance.

Series description
The series comprises two detector variants with different absorbing-area sizes. TPiD 1T 0224 has the smaller absorbing area for faster response, while TPiD 1T 0624 provides a larger absorbing sensor area for higher sensitivity. All models include an internal thermistor to provide temperature reference for thermopile compensation.
