Overview
Excelitas TPD 1T 0122 and TPD 1T 0123 thermopile detectors in TO-46 housing provide a compact infrared sensing solution with a sensitive thermopile chip and a small optical window. The round window is coated for broadband IR (5–14 µm); the square window format allows implementation of narrow-band optical filters for gas monitoring and selective sensing. A built-in thermistor enables ambient temperature compensation.
