Overview
HTB double CNC multi-power vise engineered for dual-station CNC machining with a patented Multi-Power two-stage clamping mechanism. Constructed in ductile iron (FCD60) with hardened slideways (HRC 50) and a fixed-height modular body for multi-vise setups.

Features

• Special spring device provides up to 5 mm compensation for quick automatic positioning and clamping.
• Dual-station clamping holds two workpieces with up to 25 mm size difference for increased throughput.
• Angle-lock system in high-grade ductile iron (FCD60) pulls the workpiece downward to ensure accurate seating.
• Fixed-height design allows several vises to be mounted together on the machine table.
• Double leadscrew covers protect the leadscrew and guideways from swarf.
• Patented Multi-Power mechanism in high-grade bearing steel provides two-stage clamping: approximately 2500 kg at the first half turn and 4500 kg at the second half turn, delivering consistent clamping pressure and avoiding hydraulic maintenance issues.
