Description

Product overview
Compact five-axis multi-power vise featuring a patented mechanical booster (MULTI-POWER) delivering adjustable clamping force up to 0–5000 kg. Ultra-compact body and large jaw opening designed for 5-axis and horizontal/vertical CNC machining centers to maximize table space and tooling clearance.

Advantages
  • Shortest overall length combined with a large jaw opening to improve machine workspace utilization
  • PATENTED MULTI-POWER mechanical system increases clamping force up to 5000 kg without hydraulic components
  • Suitable for 5-axis CNC machining centers and horizontal/vertical CNC machines

Features
  • MULTI-POWER booster made from bearing steel provides consistent mechanical amplification of clamping force and avoids oil-leak issues common to hydraulic vises
  • Compact body with wide jaw stroke to enable flexible fixturing and higher part throughput
  • Special leadscrew covers protect the leadscrew from swarf, reducing internal wear
  • Jaws manufactured from alloy tool steel SCM440 and hardened to approx. HRC 55 for secure part holding
  • Body made of ductile iron (FCD60); slideways hardened to approx. HRC 52 for tensile strength and precision accuracy

Compatibility
Compatible with 52/96 mm zero-point quick-change systems. Recommended use with M-96x96 (8066, 8067, 8057) plates.
