Features

• One-piece ductile iron body (≥ FCD60) for high rigidity and precision; deflection under 4500 kg ≤ ±0.01 mm
• Slideways hardened to HRC 50 to preserve positioning height and wear resistance
• ANGLE-LOCK system: automatically pulls the workpiece down to the seating surface to prevent lift, ensuring accurate clamping within ±0.01 mm under 4500 kg
• MULTI-POWER mechanical system in high-grade bearing steel: doubles clamping force across two half-turns (first half-turn ≈ 2500 kg; second half-turn ≈ 4500 kg) and stabilizes clamping force
• Adjustable stop ring for presetting and repeating the desired clamping force
• Can be mounted horizontally or vertically; fixed height allows multiple vises to be used together

• Suitable for multi-unit setups on horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers and conventional milling machines; ideal for mold making, heavy cutting and production lines requiring consistent high clamping force
