Description

Product overview
The HRV-series Vise In-Row is a multiple-clamping vise designed for high-efficiency batch machining on CNC horizontal, vertical and 4-axis machining centers as well as surface grinders. It enables simultaneous fixturing of multiple small parts and flexible clamping of larger or irregular-shaped workpieces.

Features
  • Precision serrated tooth locating and adjustable stops for rapid, repeatable positioning of square, round, cylindrical and irregular parts.
  • Full set manufactured in tool steel with heat treatment and precision grinding; material hardness specified HRC 56–60.
  • Available in FD (forcing direction / single‑side clamping) and MD (multiple‑direction / double‑side clamping) configurations and multiple lengths.
  • Patented design (216009 and M266131).

Standard accessories
  • 2 x Alignment wedge
  • 4 x Clamp
  • 1 x Handle

Clamping examples
Examples include multi‑station arrangements where several small rectangular parts are clamped in a single body, use of optional V‑jaws for cylindrical parts, and soft jaws for irregular shapes to achieve bespoke profiles.

Main advantages / Use cases
  • Maximizes use of the machine table by clamping multiple small parts simultaneously, increasing throughput per cycle.
  • Flexible configuration: combine several vise bodies or use optional jaws to clamp a mix of small and larger pieces in one cycle.
  • Suitable for high‑volume production of small mechanical parts, electronics components, and batch machining requiring repeatable fixturing.
  • Optional soft jaws and V‑jaws allow secure gripping of irregular or round workpieces.
