Multiple-clamp in-row vise from the HRV series designed for flexible simultaneous clamping of multiple workpieces of various sizes and shapes. Body and major components are manufactured from tool steel and precision ground after heat treatment to ensure accurate positioning and long service life. Adjustable tooth locating permits quick, repeatable fixture of square, round, cylindrical and irregular parts.

Applications

Suitable for horizontal, vertical and 4-axis CNC machining centers and surface grinders. Intended for high-efficiency machining and mass-production workflows where multiple parts are clamped simultaneously to increase table utilization.

Notes on construction & use

Body components are precision ground. Adjustable precision tooth locating enables fast and accurate fixturing. Choose FD (forcing-direction) or MD (multiple-direction) families according to clamping strategy. Use optional jaws and support blocks to adapt to cylindrical, thin-walled or complex profiles.
