- Five-axis adjustable self-centering vise designed for high-rigidity clamping, automation compatibility and precision CNC workholding. Clamping force up to 1300 KG and repeatability of clamping center within ±0.02 mm.
- Recommended operation with a Master Plate (zero-point quick change system) on five-axis machines to enable fast setup and precise positioning. Compatible with robotic arms and suitable for 4/5-axis machining, CNC indexing tables and vertical/horizontal CNC milling machines.

- Patented stud-bolt seat design for efficient calibration of the clamping center; clamping center adjustable by end screws.
- Vise body made of S50C steel; slideways high-frequency hardened to HRC50 for long-term stability.
- Detachable, reversible jaws in SCM440 tool steel, carburized to HRC48–50 to extend clamping range and maintain datum on both sides.
- 45° dovetail structure with teeth on the upper jaw to prevent workpiece lift and ensure secure support during heavy cutting.
- Wide clamping ranges across series: Width-77 series up to 197 mm; Width-127 series up to 338 mm.
