Overview
The ASC-K five-axis adjustable self-centering vise is designed for heavy cutting and the secure clamping of large workpieces on 4- and 5-axis CNC machines, CNC indexing tables and vertical/horizontal milling machines.

• High rigidity provided by a reinforced stud-bolt seat and hardened jaws, suitable for machining large parts.
• Universal compatibility with machine-tool models; patented center-positioning threaded pin allows fast, precise adjustment of the clamping center.

• Available jaw widths: 130 mm and 160 mm; clamping range: 0–255 mm.

Detailed Features

• 1. Vise body in S50C steel; slideways induction-hardened to HRC50 for wear resistance and durability.
• 2. Detachable, reversible jaws in SCM440 tool steel, carburized to approx. HRC48–50; both faces are reference surfaces and can be reversed to extend clamping range.
• 3. Clamping force up to 1300 kg; repeatability/positioning precision of the clamping center within ±0.02 mm.
• 4. Patented center-positioning threaded pin with calibration ring enables quick center adjustment without disassembly.
• 5. Upper jaw with 45° dovetail profile and teeth to ensure firm support under the workpiece.
• 6. Typical applications: precision machining on 4- and 5-axis CNC machines, CNC indexing tables, vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines.
