Overview
The HBV-G series pneumatic vise delivers adjustable high clamping force via high-force pneumatic cylinders, a fixed-height design for inline / multiple-unit mounting and hardened slideways for sustained positioning accuracy. It is intended for machining and production environments requiring repeatable, safe clamping.

• High-force cylinders: adjustable clamping force 0–6000 kg (model-dependent); 3 years warranty on cylinders.
• Vice body in ductile iron (FCD 60+), selected for precision and wear resistance.
• Slide ways hardened to HRC 50° to preserve positioning height and improve durability.
• Special angle-lock system with compact design ensures high rigidity and automatically pulls the workpiece down to the accurate position.
• Safety device maintains clamping force for approx. 20 minutes if air supply is interrupted.
