Overview
This vise shares design features with the HPAC model but uses a standard clamping screw instead of the MULTI-POWER SYSTEM. It is suited for multi-unit use on horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers as well as conventional milling machines.

Advantages

• Same functionality as model HPAC with simplified standard clamping screw for reliable multi-unit clamping.

Features

• 1. Vise body machined from ductile iron (FCD60 or above) as a single solid piece for high rigidity and dimensional stability.
• 2. Slideways hardened to HRC 50 to increase wear resistance and preserve positioning accuracy over long service life.
• 3. Angle-lock system designed to pull the workpiece down to the accurate reference position, improving clamping repeatability.
• 4. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit different machining setups.

Fixed height
Fixed-height design enables multiple vises to be stacked or aligned together, facilitating multi-unit applications on machining centers.
