Mechanical vise designed for CNC machining centers, optimized for gantry-type machines. Short overall length with large jaw opening. Multi-stage clamping from 0 to 8000 kg while maintaining high accuracy and repeatability.

Features

• Mechanical heavy-duty design with shortest length and large jaw opening
• Patented MULTI-POWER system providing staged clamping up to 8000 kg
• Fixed jaw in high-quality steel hardened to HRC 55; vise body in FCD60 ductile iron
• Slide ways hardened to HRC 50 to maintain positioning accuracy over long use
• Angle-lock system forces the workpiece down, ensuring positioning within 0.005 mm at 4500 kg
• Adjusting stop ring for presetting clamping force and guaranteeing repeatability
• Can be mounted horizontally or vertically; fixed height enables multiple vices to be used together
