• 1. Fixed jaw made of high-grade steel hardened to HRC 55. Vise body made of ductile iron (FCD60 or above) for dimensional stability and wear resistance. At 4500 kg load, shape deflection < ±0.005 mm.
• 2. Slideways hardened to HRC 50 to increase durability and maintain positioning height over prolonged use.
• 3. ANGLE-LOCK SYSTEM in compact design, made from high-grade iron (FCD60+), provides high rigidity and pulls the workpiece down to accurate position within ±0.005 mm under 4500 kg pressure.
• 4. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit machine setup.
• 5. Patented MULTI-POWER SYSTEM (high-grade bearing steel) effectively doubles clamping force, ensures consistent pressure and avoids leakage issues typical of hydraulic units.
