The EA-ELR 11000-30 3U is an industrial programmable DC electronic load with energy recovery, designed for testing DC power supplies, 24 V power supply units and programmable power systems in production and laboratory environments. It combines a compact 19-inch 3U rackmount format with high-performance energy recovery technology and multiple control interfaces for automated test setups.
Key features- 10000 W rated power (derated to 6000 W at 208 V AC) with up to 95.5% energy recovery efficiency to feed consumed DC energy back to the mains.
- Programmable operation in CV, CC, CP and CR modes with voltage autoranging in CP mode for dynamic load simulation.
- Galvanically isolated analogue control (0–5 V and 0–10 V via 15‑pole D‑sub) and digital interfaces including Ethernet, USB, Profibus, Modbus; optional CANopen/EtherCAT via IF‑AB modules.
- Built-in function generator (sine, triangle, rectangular, trapezoidal and arbitrary waveforms up to 99 points) and Solar Panel MPP simulation for photovoltaic and inverter testing.
- 19-inch 3U rack housing with forced-air cooling (front inlet to rear outlet) and temperature-controlled fans; protections for OVP, OCP, OPP and OT; UL certified and UKCA approved.
