Product overview
Varitef TR is an internal, single-acting sealing element which consists of a PTFE seal and a stainless steel spring as preload element. The spring is available in a variety of steel qualities. Varitef TR is particularly suitable for positioning cylinders with high pressures and relatively slow rotation movements. Suitable for applications in hydraulics and pneumatics, chemistry, food industry and pharmacy, for rotation and swiveling movements as well as back and forth motion. The PTFE compound is filled with bronze or carbon graphite to improve compressive strength. Further materials available upon request.
