DescriptionThe Gamma Ring GB is an axial, single-acting sealing element for non-pressurized shaft and bearing sealing applications to protect against the intrusion of contamination and water spray from outside. The sealing action is performed on a vertically arranged front surface (axial sealing). The metallic fit on the inner diameter ensures a secure grip on the shaft. The extended metal ring design provides good protection against coarse contamination.
Design and materialsMetal casing: standard unalloyed carbon steel or stainless steel variants. Flexible seal lips: standard elastomers NBR and FKM. Further materials available on request.
