Overview
Sealing Cap CR is designed to provide reliable static sealing of shaft or axle housing bores in mechanical engineering applications. The part consists of a carbon steel cap with a vulcanized elastomeric coating. The CR design features a waved rubber outer diameter that facilitates installation and maintains a secure static seal in the bore, even under thermal expansion. Standard elastomer options are NBR and FKM; alternative materials are available on request.
