Product overviewThe Radial Oil Seal Type RM is a rotary shaft seal with an elastomeric outer diameter and a waved profile similar to the RG type. The waved design simplifies axial installation and improves static tightness in the housing groove. The seal is manufactured without an inserted tension spring, providing reduced friction at the sealing lip.
ApplicationDesigned for rotating shafts in housings for unpressurized applications. Typical elastomer materials are NBR and FKM; other compounds and metal variants are available on request. Suitable for a broad range of industrial environments where pressure loads are absent or minimal.
