  • Load/unload principle similar to bulk machines for efficient sample handling.

Main features
  • All process parameters are fully programmable, including Auto Dosing.
  • About 50 selectable dyeing programs with graphic display.
  • Basic configuration includes 3 automatic dosing tanks; option to add 2 additional dosing pumps per dye unit for full automation.
  • Up to 6 independent dyeing positions, selectable as H.T. (+135°C) or atmospheric (+98°C), or combined.
  • Available bath capacities: 300 cc, 600 cc, 1600 cc, 6000 cc; mixed capacities per instrument on request.
  • Capability to create processes and plan batches online similar to bulk machines.
  • Continuous programmable reduction clearance available (suitable for PES and its blends) to enable continuous dyeing of PES blends.
  • Liquor ratio range from 1:7 to 1:40 depending on fabric GSM.

  • Single-position variant with 9000 cc tank capacity.
  • Designed for combined use with laboratory inspection and handling instruments.
  • GIOTTO HT 9000 (H.T. +135°C) suitable for dyeing polyester fabrics and yarns and for final stripping of dyed polyester.
  • Maximum sample dry weight: 300 g.
