Description

Product overview
Tenso-Lab 4 is the latest generation of the well-known Tenso-Lab semi-automatic tensile tester. Designed with an industrial mini-PC incorporated. Various accessories (load cells, clamps and tools) are available to configure the equipment for each specific testing requirement. Typical available configurations: single or bundle fibre, single yarn, LEA/hanks, fabrics (traction, tearing, seam slippage, perforation, etc.), leather, garment accessories, ropes, non-wovens and geotextiles.

New model distinguished by
  • new hardware
  • new components
  • modern open software

Main features
  • Built according to the CRE (Constant Rate of Extension) testing principle.
  • Belt-free, direct-drive ball bearing screw.
  • Automatic pretension and automatic load cell and clamp recognition.
  • Top quality load cells manufactured by HBM (Germany), accuracy class: ± 0,02%.
  • Possibility to perform tests at extremely low speed.
  • High resolution of acquired data.
  • High return speed (1800 mm/min).
  • Quick load cell exchange (only 10 sec. compared to 2 min. of previous models).
  • Advanced alarm system to prevent accidents; safety clamp movement system.
  • Industrial mini-PC incorporated. Also available version without incorporated PC (Code 2512F).
  • Officially approved by Marks & Spencer.
