Description
AUTODYN 3 is the new single-position automatic version in MESDAN LAB's latest generation of tensile strength testers. Designed for automatic yarn testing of bobbins and packages, it features an integrated automatic yarn loading system. Based on the updated structure of the TENSO-LAB 4 and replacing the former Autodyn II (codes 2513 and 2514), the model 2517 offers wide testing versatility for textile laboratories and production quality control, with a model limit of 3000 N.

Main features

• Automatic single-position operation for yarn testing of bobbins and packages, including automatic yarn loading.
• Also usable in semi-automatic mode for other textile specimens (fibres, threads, hanks/LEA, fabrics, garment accessories); maximum capacity for code 2517: 3000 N.
• Built-in PC with modern, user-friendly software; includes preset standard test routines and allows user-defined routines to be created and stored.
• Designed and manufactured in Italy to meet industrial testing requirements.
• Supplied with automatic yarn clamps; a range of interchangeable clamps for fibres, hanks / LEA, high-tenacity threads and fabrics is available.

Compliant with major testing standards (ISO, ASTM, JIS, BS, TWC, NEXT, M&S, etc.). Officially approved by Marks & Spencer. ISO 17025 calibration certificate (Accredia - ILAC) available on request.
