Product overview
Bondable platinum 1000 Ohm RTD component, temperature range -50 °C to +150 °C, taped on reel (sensor side up). IST AG’s smallest temperature sensor with 0.1 x 0.2 mm (L x W) bondable contacts. Designed for automatic placement in high volume PCB assembly where long term stability, interchangeability and low cost are important. Typical applications: energy management for thermal compensation, industrial and medical devices.

Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors operate across wide temperature ranges and are available in multiple classes and sizes. IST AG offers wireless RTD Platinum SMD sensors for automatic PCB assembly with wrap-around contacts and different SMD technologies (standard SAC305-tinned, high temperature solder, Ni/Au for bonding). FlipChip series features contacts on one side (no backside shortcut risk) and different FC technologies for reflow-soldering, bonding or welding. These sensors provide fast response, low self-heating and excellent stability.
