Platinum Sensors: Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors deliver solutions for demanding temperature ranges and are manufactured from high-grade materials for stable performance across wide limits (standard ranges up to -200 °C to +1000 °C for specific products). Standard IEC 60751 sensors are available in classes F0.3, F0.15 and F0.1; higher accuracies on request. Sensors come in wireless (SMD/FlipChip) and wired versions with lengths from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (L) and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (W). Customization is available for lead wires, insulations, lengths and configurations.

SMD and FlipChip: IST AG offers PCB-assembly-ready SMD platinum RTD sensors with wrap-around or single-side contacts depending on the series. Available technologies include SAC305 tin wrap-around, high-temperature solder wrap-around up to +250 °C, and Ni/Au for wire bonding. FlipChip sensors provide fast response, low self-heating and improved backside isolation; available for reflow soldering, bonding or welding in sizes 0603/0805/1206 (other sizes on request).

Small dimensions: IST AG provides compact sensor solutions for limited-space applications. MiniSens offers footprints from 1.2 mm x 1.6 mm with accuracies up to IEC 60751 F0.1 and operation up to +600 °C (option: metallized backside). SlimSens offers 0.8 mm x 3 mm variants for small-diameter probes, accuracies up to IEC 60751 F0.1 and operation up to +600 °C.
